At Aladdin, we are committed to protecting the health and safety of our employees. We have a zero-tolerance policy for drug, alcohol and serious safety violations. We achieve our goal of each employee returning home safely each day through a team effort. To meet all requirements established by OSHA Standards for Construction, each of our projects entails weekly site audits and on-site training for employees.
